Join us for an afternoon celebrating Art in the Garden

Listen to a lecture by Carolyn Smith about the influence of Italian Renaissance on Arts and Crafts gardens, followed by a cream tea and a chance to see some beautiful work by local artists Laura Ritchie and Liz Sherras-Clark

Carolyn Smith is the Chairman of The Arts and Crafts Movement in Surrey. She read history at University College London, specialising in architectural history. She has a particular interest in garden history and was a member of the Surrey Gardens Trust’s recording committee for many years.
